Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Service Adviseur voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de automotive sector en kwalitatieve voertuigservice.

Jouw takenpakket als Service Adviseur bestaat uit:

  • Het verwelkomen van klanten aan de balie als hun eerste, professionele aanspreekpunt voor al hun technische en servicegerichte vragen.
  • Het grondig analyseren van de situatie, het stellen van een nauwkeurige diagnose en het bepalen van het vereiste werk.
  • Het efficiënt inplannen van alle onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden in de atelieragenda.
  • Het zorgvuldig beheren en verwerken van de administratie rond klantendossiers, onderhoudscontracten en herstellingen.
  • Het ondersteunen bij het administratieve beheer en de opvolging van ons wagenpark aan verhuur- en vervangwagens.
  • Het bieden van een flexibele helpende hand aan collega's, onder meer bij de afdeling carrosserie.

Profiel

Als Service Adviseur herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je draagt een grote passie mee voor auto's en de brede automotive sector.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en zet alles op alles voor een optimale klantentevredenheid.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige dosis veerkracht en 'chillax': je blijft steeds stressbestendig, flexibel en positief ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit een administratie die tot in de puntjes klopt.
  • Je stelt je op als een rasechte teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt en bijspringt waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een vlotte pc-kennis; ervaring met het pakket Informex vormt een mooi pluspunt.
