Service Adviseur (Senior) Voorne-Putten 3.850 - 4.875 MBO-er (nivo-4) 40 - 45 uur Merkdealer Tijdelijk waarna vast Delen Solliciteer Werkplek en werkzaamheden Aan de frontoffice van een premium merkdealer in de regio Voorne-Putten wordt gezocht naar een ervaren Service Adviseur die hier snel een verschil komt maken. Een compacte, goedlopende vestiging waar de klanten hoge verwachtingen hebben en waar het team daar dagelijks aan werkt. Door een verschuiving in de bezetting ontstaat er ruimte voor iemand met een stevige senior-achtergrond, die vanaf dag één zonder omwegen kan meedraaien. Wat ga je doen? Klanten ontvangen, opnames voeren en die vlot vertalen naar heldere werkinstructies voor de werkplaats. Dat is waar je dag om draait. Tussen aanname en oplevering ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en houd je ze op de hoogte als er iets verschuift in tijd of werk. Bij oplevering loop je het werk netjes met de klant door, in heldere taal, zodat ze weten wat er is gebeurd en waarom. In dit segment wegen ontvangst en oprechte aandacht extra zwaar, en jij weet daar moeiteloos de juiste toon te vinden. Wat verwachten we van jou? Een stevige senior-achtergrond als Service Adviseur is een vereiste. Je hebt gewerkt bij een premium merkdealer of ergens waar de standaarden vergelijkbaar hoog liggen, en je weet wat het is om in een dynamische frontoffice het overzicht te bewaren. Ervaring met Autoline (DMS) is een groot voordeel zodat je hier direct van waarde bent. Je bent nauwkeurig, communiceert helder en straalt de rust en professionaliteit uit die bij dit merk hoort.
