Functie

Als Service Advisor ben jij de schakel tussen klant en werkplaats:

  • Je zorgt voor een warme, professionele ontvangst van klanten die langskomen voor onderhoud of herstelling.
  • Je vertaalt hun vraag naar een duidelijke werkopdracht voor de techniekers.
  • Je maakt een efficiënte planning op (rekening houdend met werkplaatscapaciteit en onderdelen)
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van timing, extra werken of wijzigingen.
  • Bij afhaling licht je de uitgevoerde werken en factuur helder toe en ga je vragen oplossingsgericht na.
  • In deze rol bouw je actief mee aan klantentevredenheid en kan je doorgroeien richting senior service, planning of werkplaatscoördinatie.

Profiel

Waarmee kan je ons team versterken?

  • Je hebt minimaal secundair onderwijs en bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (service receptie, klantendienst in garage/after sales of automotive administratie).
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in Nederlands (zeer goed) en kan klanten ook verder helpen in Frans en Engels (goed).
  • Administratie en nauwkeurige dossieropvolging geven je energie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, kan prioriteiten stellen en blijft stressbestendig wanneer het druk is.
  • Je bent servicegericht, positief en neemt initiatief om problemen meteen mee op te lossen.
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en geraakt zelfstandig op het werk (eigen wagen).
  • Je werkt voltijds in een vaste functie met focus op kwaliteit en klantbeleving.
