Onze klant is een professionele speler binnen de automotive sector waar klantenservice, technische expertise en een vlotte werkplaatsorganisatie centraal staan. Vanuit de vestigingen in Dendermonde en Wetteren wordt dagelijks gezorgd voor een kwalitatieve servicebeleving, van het eerste klantencontact tot de aflevering van het voertuig.

Als Service Advisor ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en het atelier. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de agenda goed gevuld is en waar klanten rekenen op een correcte opvolging, duidelijke communicatie en een professionele aanpak. In Dendermonde ligt daarbij extra nadruk op een premium klantenbeleving: je ontvangt klanten in een verzorgde showroomomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich professioneel en persoonlijk geholpen voelt.

Als Service Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud, herstelling of technische interventie. Je bewaakt de planning, vertaalt de verwachtingen van de klant naar duidelijke werkorders en zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie tussen klant en atelier vlot verloopt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Klanten professioneel en enthousiast ontvangen bij het binnenbrengen en ophalen van hun wagen
  • Luisteren naar de verwachtingen en technische klachten van de klant en deze correct vertalen naar de werkplaats
  • Afspraken en planning beheren en ervoor zorgen dat de werkplaats efficiënt georganiseerd blijft
  • Duidelijke en volledige werkorders aanmaken voor de techniekers
  • De voortgang van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken opvolgen
  • Klanten proactief informeren over de stand van zaken, bijkomende werken en eventuele vertragingen
  • De communicatie tussen klanten, techniekers en werkplaatsverantwoordelijken coördineren
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Een kwalitatieve en persoonlijke klantenbeleving garanderen van ontvangst tot aflevering
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen een garage of automotive omgeving; ervaring als Service Advisor is een sterke troef
  • Sterke kennis van technisch Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; Frans of Duits is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en weet ook bij veeleisende klanten professioneel te blijven
