Jobomschrijving

Als Service Advisor vorm je de schakel tussen de klant en de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat elke klant professioneel wordt ontvangen en met een goed gevoel de deur uitgaat. Wat ga je doen?· Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en verwelkomt hen op een professionele en vriendelijke manier.· Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en geeft advies over onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden.· Je beantwoordt telefoons, houdt klanten op de hoogte van de status van hun voertuig en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie.· Je plant afspraken in en stelt een efficiënte werkplaatsplanning op, rekening houdend met capaciteit, timing en beschikbare onderdelen.· Je verwerkt administratieve dossiers nauwkeurig en verzorgt de facturatie.· Je maakt offertes op en licht deze helder toe aan klanten.· Je volgt dossiers op van intake tot aflevering en waakt steeds over een uitstekende klantentevredenheid.
