The posting

Voor onze vestiging in Mechelen zijn we op zoek naar een Service Advisor.

Als Service Advisor ben je het aanspreekpunt van de dienst Aftersales binnen je concessie. In de 'Directe Receptie' ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, bevraagt er diepgaand de noden volgens technische fiche, voert er eventueel al kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, zoals olie verversen / controleren en aanvullen (koel-, rem-, ruitensproei-) vloeistoffen / controle bandenspanning / controle van verlichting / ... .

Je ontvangt hen met een glimlach en zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke service. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en technische affiniteit bied je de klant een professionele en vlotte ervaring. Jij bent een multitasker, die zorgt voor een goede opvolging van de werken en voor een hartelijke begeleiding van de klant. Kortom, jij rolt elke dag de rode loper uit voor onze klanten.

  • Je hebt een eerste commerciële werkervaring achter de rug. Daarnaast heb je een technische basiskennis van automechanica.
  • Voor jou is het eigenlijk simpel: de klant komt altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent heel stressbestendig.
  • Je werkt super graag in teamverband.
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Je trekt je plan in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je ontvangt, adviseert en begeleidt de klanten hartelijk. Je helpt hen met technische vragen over hun factuur, onderhoud, herstellingen, ...
  • Je bouwt een relatie met de klant op en herkent, wanneer mogelijk, terugkerende klanten en bouwt verder op vorige gesprekken om de interactie te personaliseren.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, je noteert afspraken en beantwoordt telefoons en mails. Je zoekt de onderhoudshistoriek van de wagens op om zo de afspraak optimaal voor te bereiden. Daarnaast maak je prijsbestekken op voor onderhoud en herstelling en vraag je akkoord aan bij de leasingmaatschappijen.
  • Je controleert en factureert de werkorders en licht transparant de uitgevoerde werken toe aan de klant. Je maakt een afspraak voor eventuele openstaande werken of de volgende service/reparatie wanneer nodig.
  • Je geeft vervangwagens mee aan klanten en controleert deze op schade.
