Wat ga je doen als Service Advisor Carrosserie bij BMW:

  • Je zorgt voor een professioneel vriendelijk onthaal voor onze klanten.
  • Je maakt een planning op waarbij je rekening houdt met de klant, met de capaciteit van de werkplaats en de beschikbare onderdelen.
  • Je gaat voor een persoonlijke aanpak waarbij je vooral luistert naar de klant zijn wensen zodat zijn verwachtingen duidelijk zijn en steeds kunnen nagekomen worden.
  • Je maakt gedetailleerde bestekken op.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van bestellingen.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte en goed gecommuniceerde afspraken met klanten, expert, makelaars en interne afdelingen
  • Je beheert met zorg de planning van de vervangwagens om de mobiliteitsgarantie naar onze klanten te garanderen
  • Dossierbeheer zonder losse eindjes is voor jou een persoonlijk streven.

  • Als je een geïnteresseerde autoliefhebber bent, die graag meer te weten komt op het vlak van autotechnieken. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is zeker een plus.
  • Iemand die tot het uiterste gaat voor een hoge score op klant- en servicegerichtheid. Je bent een echte ambassadeur van BMW.
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio.
  • Ervaring binnen de automotive is een vereiste.
  • Een gezonde dosis administratief werk schrikt je niet af en je bent bovendien organisatorisch aangelegd.
  • Een vlot persoon, die zowel zelfstandig als in groep goed functioneert.
  • Iemand die geen problemen, maar oplossingen ziet. Je weet van aanpakken.
