Willkommen auf dem Boden - dort, wo der Spaß tatsächlich stattfindet.

Du bist gern mittendrin, hast Lust auf Gäste und bringst Energie mit? Gastronomie-Erfahrung ist ein Plus - aber kein Muss. Quereinsteiger:innen sind bei uns ausdrücklich willkommen: Wir zeigen dir alles, was du brauchst. Was wir nicht beibringen können: Motivation, Herzlichkeit und den Willen, dich einzubringen - das bringt dich mit.

Dein Spielfeld

* Bayhost mit Wow-Faktor. Du empfängst Gäste an den Abschlagplätzen, erklärst das Spiel und sorgst dafür, dass jede Runde ein Erlebnis wird - mit Energie, Herzlichkeit und einem Lächeln, das echt ist.

* Läufer mit Köpfchen. Bestellungen landen schnell und vollständig an der Bucht. Du behältst den Überblick, denkst einen Schritt voraus und sorgst dafür, dass kein Gast lange wartet.

* Bar - wir bringen dir das Handwerk bei. Grundkenntnisse hinter der Bar sind ein Plus; Wenn du noch keine hast, schulen wir dich gezielt ein. Qualität und Sauberkeit zählen vom Tag eins.

* Verantwortung übernehmen. Du arbeitest selbstständig, verlierst auch im Trubel nicht den Fokus und weißt, wann du eigenständig eine Lösung findest - und willst du das Team einbinden.

* Teamplay. Ob Bayhost, Runner oder Bar - du springst ein, wo du gebraucht wirst, und trägst aktiv zur guten Stimmung im Team bei.

* Hygiene & Standards. Sauberkeit, Ordnung und HACCP-konforme Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

* Erste Erfahrung in Gastronomie oder Service - oder einfach die Bereitschaft, von Grund auf zu lernen

* Kommunikationsstärke und natürliche Gastgeberqualitäten

* Mitdenken - auch wenn es mal unvorhergesehen läuft

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Teamgeist: du weißt, wann du führst und wann du unterstützt

* Belastbarkeit und gute Laune, auch wenn es voll wird

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil
