Jouw werk Als Teamlead Finance combineer je jouw financiële werk met het begeleiden van een klein Finance-team binnen Van der Valk Inkoop. Je helpt je collega's groeien in hun rol, geeft richting waar nodig en stimuleert hen om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en eigenaarschap te nemen. Maar je staat zeker niet alleen aan de zijlijn. Je werkt zelf volop mee en blijft dicht bij de financiële praktijk. Zo ben je betrokken bij onder andere de maandafsluitingen, financiële analyses en verschillende projecten. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratie en springt bij wanneer een vraagstuk om extra aandacht vraagt. Jouw volgende stap begint hier. Ontwikkel je team, verbeter de processen en bouw mee aan een financiële organisatie die continu in beweging is. En juist op dat laatste vlak liggen volop kansen. Van der Valk Inkoop groeit en ontwikkelt zich verder en ook binnen Finance zijn we continu bezig met digitalisering en het verbeteren van onze manier van werken. Zie jij een proces dat slimmer kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om met ideeën te komen en deze ook daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Van het signaleren van een verbetering tot het meenemen van collega's en het borgen van de nieuwe werkwijze. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen je eigen team. Je trekt nauw op met de Teamlead Finance van het Valk Service Center en stemt regelmatig af over processen, werkzaamheden en ontwikkelingen.
