Als Service Coördinator in Alphen aan de Rhijn coördineer je project- en servicewerkzaamheden voor klanten in de luxe jachtbouw en procesindustrie. Je bewaakt de planning, ondersteunt monteurs en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en collega's in Zuidwest Nederland. Ook begeleid je technische projecten voor nieuwe pomp- en compressorinstallaties van aanvraag tot oplevering. - Klanten adviseren en hun wensen vertalen naar een passende oplossing, ontwerp, offerte en kostencalculatie; - Projecten en servicewerkzaamheden coördineren van aanvraag tot oplevering; - Dag- en weekplanning maken, planning optimaliseren en monteurs aansturen; - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden plannen en kennis van onderhoudsprocessen toepassen; - Werkvoorbereiding en administratie verzorgen, werkbonnen verwerken en facturatie uitvoeren; - Materialen bestellen en kosten bewaken; - Vast aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten, leveranciers en monteurs; - Bewaken dat werkzaamheden voldoen aan normen, richtlijnen, wet- en regelgeving en veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Incidenteel werken vanuit de hoofdvestiging in Alphen aan den Rijn; - Samenwerken met collega's uit Alphen aan den Rijn en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de vestiging in Moerdijk; Wat heb je nodig? Als Service Coördinator krijg je energie van afwisseling, klantcontact en techniek.
