Wil jij de leiding nemen over de technische serviceoperatie op een van 's werelds meest dynamische luchthavens? Voor onze vestiging op Schiphol zijn wij ter versterking van het team op zoek naar een volwaardig Service Coördinator, gespecialiseerd in Werktuigbouwkundige (W) installaties. Vanwege de unieke en veeleisende aard van deze locatie, en de noodzaak om de continuïteit te borgen na het aankomende pensioen van een ervaren collega, is deze functie essentieel voor onze operatie. Als volwaardig Service Coördinator ben jij de operationele spil op de luchthaven. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de gehele keten: van storingsmelding tot succesvolle oplevering. De complexiteit van de W-installaties op Schiphol (klimaatregeling, luchtbehandeling en sanitair in terminalgebouwen, pieren en operationele gebieden) vereist een coördinator met diepgaande technische kennis die onder hoge druk kan presteren. Je stuurt een team van gespecialiseerde buitendiensttechnici aan en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve en contractuele afwikkeling van grote utiliteitscontracten. Jouw takenpakket zal onder andere bestaan uit: - Zelfstandig aannemen, analyseren, prioriteren en coördineren van complexe technische servicemeldingen en storingssituaties; - Opstellen van efficiënte en realistische planningen voor preventief en correctief W-onderhoud, rekening houdend met operationele restricties op de luchthaven; - Leidinggeven aan en functioneel aansturen van een team van W-technici op de luchthavenomgeving; - Actief beheren en optimaliseren van service- en onderhoudscont...
