Jouw rol als Service Delivery Manager

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatieve en efficiënte service delivery voor klanten. Je bewaakt de samenwerking, stuurt op SLA’s, klanttevredenheid en KPI’s en begeleidt een team van consultants. Daarbij combineer je operationele opvolging met relatiebeheer, continue verbetering en oog voor nieuwe opportuniteiten.

• Je bouwt een sterke professionele relatie uit met klanten en zorgt voor een betrouwbare langetermijnsamenwerking. Je anticipeert op organisatorische veranderingen bij klanten en vertaalt opportuniteiten naar concrete voorstellen.

• Je volgt application maintenance contracten consequent op en zet een efficiënte service delivery-aanpak neer.

• Je begeleidt een team van Service Delivery Consultants waarbij je stuurt op kwalitatief resultaat, en goede planning alsook klantentevredenheid.

• Je bewaakt de balans tussen klantverwachtingen, beschikbare capaciteit en budget.

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over externe partners, wijzigingen en nieuwe projecten binnen jouw scope.

• Je initieert verbeteringen in processen en tools om de operationele efficiëntie verder te verhogen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in service delivery management binnen software- of ERP-omgevingen, met kennis van toegepaste ERP-oplossingen zoals SAP, Dynamics, Oracle of PeopleSoft.

• Affiniteit met softwareontwikkeling en inzicht in projectmethodieken; kennis van ITIL en/of utilities is een plus.

• Een proactieve, analytische en oplossingsgerichte mindset, gecombineerd met sterke luister- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

• Vlotte schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie en het talent om klanten, teams en stakeholders mee te nemen.
