By combining customer focus, coordination skills and technical understanding, you ensure that service contracts are not only delivered successfully, but also create genuine value for our customers. What will you be doing? As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing several service contracts. You will build long-term customer relationships, monitor service quality and ensure that all agreements are fulfilled. At the same time, you will look ahead, identify new opportunities and help customers get the most out of their installations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing, delivering and optimizing long-term service contracts and SLAs. - Discussing progress, performance, changes and improvement initiatives. - Coordinating with service engineers, project teams, suppliers and resource planning. - Identifying commercial opportunities and advising customers on additional services. - Coordinating additional and reduced work within existing contracts. - Taking the lead on operational issues, escalations and incidents. - Supporting the preparation of activities and safeguarding safety and quality requirements.
