DEINE ROLLE

* Unterstützung deiner internen Kund:innen bei IT-Fragen und technischen Problemen

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen am Telefon, per Ticket oder persönlich

* Identifikation von Störungen sowie eigenständige Lösungsfindung oder Weiterleitung an den 2nd-Level-Support

* Erstellung und Pflege von Anleitungen und Wissensartikeln für deine internen Kund:innen

* Aufsetzen und Konfigurieren von Laptops sowie Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen

* Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von defekten Geräten

* Mitarbeit an internen IT-Projekten und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur

* Optimierung unserer Prozesse

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Hilfsbereitschaft

* Verständnisvolle und klare Kommunikation - auch in stressigen Situationen

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Produkten (z. B. Windows, M365, Active Directory)

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Offenheit für neue Technologien und Freude an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung

* Teamgeist und Begeisterung für die Zusammenarbeit mit deinen internen Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
