The posting

mann&mouse wurde 2003 gegründet und besteht dennoch seit 1969. Denn ursprünglich war mann&mouse mit 7 Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen Teil der TGW Logistics Group. 2003 wurde aus der internen IT-Abteilung ein eigenständiges Unternehmen. Seither agieren wir zu 100 % unabhängig.

WORK IT

* Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere User im 1st und 2nd Level Support - persönlich, telefonisch oder remote

* Dabei identifizierst, analysierst und behebst du Hard- und Softwareprobleme - schnell, strukturiert und nachhaltig

* Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in Wartungs- und Serviceeinsätzen - sowohl direkt vor Ort als auch aus der Ferne

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem 3rd Level Support zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss

* Durch deine Nähe zu unseren Anwender:innen trägst du täglich zur hohen Zufriedenheit und Verfügbarkeit unserer IT-Services bei

BE IT

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Lehre, Fachschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Active Directory, Windows Desktop, Office & MS Exchange gehören für dich zum Alltag

* Du punktest mit Lösungsorientierung, Service-Mentalität und technischem Verständnis - bei Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen gleichermaßen

* Kommunikationsstärke, eine genaue Arbeitsweise und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen dich aus

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist ein Plus - aber kein Muss

* Fundierte Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse bringst du mit
