Als Service Engineer werk je voornamelijk op locatie bij klanten, voornamelijk in ziekenhuizen. Je zorgt voor het onderhoud, herstel en de optimalisatie van transporttoestellen en bedmovers. Deze functie biedt een unieke kans om praktijkgericht werk te combineren met klantgerichtheid. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Diagnose en oplossen van storingen aan hoogtechnologische systemen.
  • Uitvoeren van reparaties aan zowel mechanische als elektronische onderdelen.
  • Preventief onderhoud, inclusief schoonmaken, smeren, aanpassen en onderdelen vervangen.
  • Het verzorgen van klantencontacten en planning, soms met overnachtingen.
  • Het formuleren van verbeteringsvoorstellen en meedenken over efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Feedback verzamelen en delen met interne teams.
  • Ondersteuning bieden in de interne productie-afdeling wanneer nodig.
  • Administratieve taken gerelateerd aan uitgevoerde herstellingen.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde kandidaat met een passie voor techniek en klantcontact. De ideale Service Engineer beschikt over:

  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Ervaring met elektronische en mechanische componenten.
  • Het vermogen om klantcontacten op een professionele en vriendelijke manier te onderhouden.
  • Een goed gevoel voor humor en relativering.
  • Een geldig rijbewijs B, waarbij je graag onderweg bent.
  • Bereidheid om soms in het buitenland te werken binnen een radius van 2 uur vanuit Sint-Niklaas.
  • Beschikbaarheid om indien nodig te overnachten op locatie.
  • Bereidheid om sporadisch intern mee te draaien bij productie en magazijnwerk.
