The posting

Als Service Engineer ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten na oplevering en de spil van onze servicewerking. Je kijkt technisch breed - mechanisch, elektrisch en sturing - en neemt de volledige service-flow in handen, van intake tot afhandeling. Je vangt binnenkomende meldingen op, schat het probleem technisch in en lost meteen op wat telefonisch of via remote toegang opgelost kan worden. Wat niet op afstand kan, bereid je voor: je maakt de service order en calculatie op, vraagt de nodige wisselstukken aan en brieft de technieker die ter plaatse gaat.

Concreet betekent dat:

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij storingen, vragen en pannes - telefonisch, via mail en via remote toegang (TeamViewer, inloggen op de sturing).

• Je schat elk probleem technisch in (software, elektrisch of mechanisch) en beoordeelt de urgentie.

• Je maakt de service order aan, bepaalt of het om garantie gaat en schakelt gericht de juiste technieker in.

• Je brieft de technieker vóór vertrek en ondersteunt hem telefonisch tijdens de interventie waar nodig.

• Je identificeert welke wisselstukken nodig zijn, stelt de calculatie op en zorgt voor een correcte offerte richting klant.

• Je zorgt dat gepresteerde uren en materialen correct geregistreerd worden en borgt kennis over interventies voor later gebruik.

• Je denkt actief mee over een sterkere servicewerking: kortere doorlooptijden, betere opvolging en meer structuur.

• Je groeit stap voor stap door naar het zelfstandig aansturen van complexere interventies, offertes en - op termijn - preventief onderhoud.
