Functie

Onze klant is specialist op het gebied van digitale informatiesystemen en bijhorende software zoals een digitaal scorebord, LED schermen, billboards o.a.

Als Service Engineer maak je deel uit van hun gedreven Service- en Support-team in Baarle-Hertog. Samen met de collega’s zorg jij ervoor dat hun digitale oplossingen bij de klanten perfect functioneren – van installatie tot onderhoud en interventie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Installatie op locatie : Je installeert de producten bij klanten en zorgt voor een correcte oplevering. Jouw focus ligt op de klanten in België.
  • Onderhoud : Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit op hun systemen.
  • Storingen oplossen : Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen op een efficiënte manier.
  • Technisch advies : Je adviseert klanten bij reparaties en installaties, en geeft ook intern waar nodig advies aan collega’s.

Profiel

Wat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Je beschikt over een opleiding Elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt praktijkervaring met elektrische installaties en werken op klantlocaties.
  • Technische kennis: Je hebt sterke technische capaciteiten en basiskennis ICT.
  • Vaardigheden: Je werkt planmatig, nauwkeurig en kunt ook in stressvolle situaties je plan trekken en probleemoplossend tewerk gaan.
  • Attitude: Je bent klantvriendelijk, stipt, verantwoordelijk en denkt graag in oplossingen.
  • Taal: Je beheerst het Nederlands (kennis van Engels is een plus).
  • Attesten: Je hebt een rijbewijs B op zak en beschikt bij voorkeur ook over een VCA-certificaat.
