Heb jij een passie voor IT en werk je graag dicht bij de klant? Ben je op zoek naar een technisch uitdagende rol waarin je rechtstreeks impact maakt op de IT-infrastructuur van diverse bedrijven?

Wij zoeken een Service Engineer die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook graag in nauwe samenwerking met klanten werkt. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorg je ervoor dat hun IT-omgeving soepel, veilig en optimaal functioneert. Je combineert hands-on technisch werk met adviezen over verbeteringen en bent bereid om zowel op locatie als remote mee te werken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Implementatie, beheer en optimalisatie van IT-oplossingen bij diverse klanten
  • Ontwerp en beheer van systeem- en netwerkarchitecturen (migraties, installaties, upgrades)
  • Onderhoud en probleemoplossing in bestaande netwerkomgevingen
  • Monitoring van IT-infrastructuur met proactieve incidenten management
  • On-site en remote technische ondersteuning aan klanten
  • Aandacht voor bedrijfsvoering en klantspecifieke vereisten
  • Documentatie van implementaties en procedures
  • Identificatie van optimalisatiekansen in IT-processen
  • HBO/Bachelorniveau in IT, Netwerking of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring
  • Enkele jaren ervaring met IT beheer van Apple-technologie is een must.
  • Praktische kennis van macOS (terminal inbegrepen)
  • Solide basis in netwerkinfrastructuur en cybersecurity (switching, routing, wireless, firewalls)
  • Ervaring met platforms als 3CX, Ruckus, Fortinet en Zabbix is een meerwaarde
  • Zelfstandig werkend, teamgericht, resultaatgericht en constructief ingesteld
  • Nederlands courant, functioneel Engels en Frans
