Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een passie voor techniek en spreekt een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving je aan? Ben je graag afwisselend bezig op locatie én in het atelier? Voor onze klant, actief in de ontwikkeling, levering en het onderhoud van geavanceerde productielijnen voor de beverage-industrie, zoeken wij een ervaren Service Engineer. Deze uitdagende technische job combineert service-interventies bij klanten met het assembleren van machines in het atelier. Als Service & Assembly Technieker heb je een boeiende en gevarieerde rol met internationale contacten:

Service-interventies op locatie (30%)

  • Opsporen en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan machines
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud, reparaties en vervangingen van onderdelen
  • Installatie, afstelling en testen van productiemachines bij klanten
  • Training en technisch advies aan operators en onderhoudspersoneel van klanten
  • Rapportage van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen

Assemblage in het atelier (70%)

  • Monteren, bedraden en opbouwen van productiemachines en assemblages
  • Aansluiten en controleren van diverse elektrische componenten (motoren, sensoren, drives)
  • Mechanische fijn-afstellingen uitvoeren (uitlijning, toleranties, koppelingen)
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van FAT’s, OI-checks en veiligheidsinspecties
  • Signaleren en registreren van afwijkingen, kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren
  • Minimaal een technische opleiding (bachelor of graduaat elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Enkele jaren praktijkervaring binnen een industriële, technische omgeving
  • Ervaring in zowel elektrisch als mechanisch onderhoud, assemblage én storingsanalyse
  • Kennis van het lezen van technische tekeningen en schema’s (E-Plan, pneumatiek)
  • Basiservaring met PLC’s is een pluspunt
  • Goede communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B om je vlot te kunnen verplaatsen naar de klanten
  • Flexibel om regelmatig internationaal te reizen, daarnaast werk je graag in het atelier
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken, maar ook een echte teamplayer zijn
  • Klantgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en resultaatgericht in je aanpak
