Als Service Engineer het aanspreekpunt voor service partners en klanten binnen de bussector.

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan service partners en key accounts
  • Opvolgen van technische dossiers en schadegevallen buiten garantie
  • Ondersteunen van aftersales projecten en technische opleidingen

Je bent de schakel tussen service partners, klanten en de fabriek en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van technische vragen en dossiers. Daarnaast analyseer je schadegevallen buiten garantie en volg je oplossingen correct op. Je ondersteunt lopende aftersales projecten en geeft in beperkte mate technische trainingen aan het dealernetwerk. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, commerciële feeling en sterke communicatie bouw je mee aan een kwalitatieve dienstverlening. Je komt terecht in een vaste job waar techniek, klantencontact en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen.
