Onze klant gespecialiseerd in technisch onderhoud van gebouwen zoals scholen, kantoren en ziekenhuizen zoekt een Sitemanager HVAC & Elektriciteit voor een nieuwe site in Evere. Je staat in voor de opstart en dagelijkse coördinatie van HVAC- en elektrische installaties.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant gespecialiseerd in technisch onderhoud van gebouwen zoals scholen, kantoren en ziekenhuizen zoekt een Sitemanager HVAC & Elektriciteit voor een nieuwe site in Evere. Je staat in voor de opstart en dagelijkse coördinatie van HVAC- en elektrische installaties.

Als Service Engineer HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren, plannen en opvolgen van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerken.
  • Het organiseren van dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de service desk.
  • Het opvolgen van bijkomende opdrachten, verbeterwerken en technische uitbreidingen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en het rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen.
  • Het toezien op de correcte toepassing van procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen bij klanten.
  • Het afstemmen met interne diensten voor een efficiënte voorbereiding en uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Het rapporteren aan de Contract Manager.
  • Het begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van technici op technisch vlak.
  • Het inzetten van de juiste medewerker op de juiste opdracht.
  • Het identificeren van opleidingsnoden en het aanvragen van relevante opleidingen.
  • Het stimuleren van een positieve teamsfeer en een optimale samenwerking.
  • Het bewaken van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en het naleven van alle veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

Voor deze vacature van Service Engineer HVAC herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een technische richting of hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in technische installaties, HVAC en gebouwentechnieken.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan technische problemen snel detecteren en oplossen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van certificaten zoals GI, GII, koelcertificaten, VCA of gelijkwaardig, of bent bereid deze te behalen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt steeds mee aan duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt.
