Ben jij een gedreven techniekliefhebber met een passie voor probleemoplossing en klantenservice?

Wij bieden een gevarieerde rol als Service Engineer waarbij je o.a. verantwoordelijk bent voor onderstaand takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de inbedrijfstelling, storingsanalyse en onderhoud van procesinstallaties bij klanten voornamelijk in de Benelux.
  • Betrokken bij het bouwen en uitvoeren van tests in de demoruimte.
  • In deze hands-on functie werk je nauw samen met diverse interne afdelingen en zorg je voor heldere communicatie richting de klanten.
  • Deze uitdagende rol biedt de ideale mix van verantwoordelijkheid, technische uitdaging en klantgericht werken.
  • Uiteraard wordt er in het begin een opleidingsproject voorzien waarbij je meeloopt met een ervaren service engineer.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoeken we een kandidaat die voldoet aan het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of graduaat in Elektromechanica, Elektrotechnieken of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent bereid om tijdens de werkweek sporadisch op hotel te overnachten in regio Benelux (nooit in het weekend).
  • Werken met een hoogtewerker en heftruck op industriële werven schrikt je niet af.
  • Je bent communicatief, zelfzeker en werkt klantgericht tijdens interventies en inbedrijfname.
  • Je hebt interesse in PLC en automatisering; kennis van Siemens TIA Portal is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. Andere talenkennis is een plus.
  • Een proactieve houding en ambitie om te groeien binnen een innovatieve organisatie worden zeer gewaardeerd.
