Wij zoeken een zeer ervaren HVAC professional die de ploeg doet draaien!

Voor een sterke speler binnen technisch onderhoud en facility services zoeken we een Service Engineer HVAC die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over een team techniekers én de operationele opvolging van verschillende klanten in regio Vilvoorde – Halle.

Wat houdt de rol in?

Je bent de schakel tussen:

  • klanten
  • techniekers
  • service desk
  • planning
  • onderhoudswerken op de vloer

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles technisch én operationeel blijft draaien.

Concreet:

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 8 HVAC-techniekers aan
  • Je coördineert preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers technisch waar nodig
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volgt dossiers professioneel op
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de service desk en interne teams
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste mensen op de juiste opdrachten terechtkomen
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, rendement en correcte uitvoering van de werken

Dit is een rol voor iemand die:

  • overzicht bewaart

  • technisch geloofwaardig is
  • én rust brengt wanneer de druk stijgt

Geen puur bureauwerk dus.

Maar ook geen klassieke techniekersfunctie meer.

Je combineert techniek, people management en operationele coördinatie in één rol.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

We zoeken iemand die deze rol reeds beheerst en onmiddellijk verantwoordelijkheid kan opnemen.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Service Engineer, Teamleader of Supervisor HVAC
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van techniekers binnen een service- of onderhoudsomgeving
  • Sterke technische kennis van HVAC-installaties
  • Je kan snel problemen analyseren en oplossingen formuleren
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en interne stakeholders
  • Goede kennis Nederlands (Engels is een plus)
  • Certificaten (GI/GII, koelcertificaat, VCA…) zijn een troef
