In regio Gent kom je terecht bij een gevestigde marktleider binnen gebouwtechnieken en infrastructuurprojecten. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en is actief binnen onder meer HVAC, elektriciteit, brandbeveiliging, data en sanitaire installaties.

Als Field Service Engineer krijg je een brede rol met veel autonomie. Je bewaakt de werking van de serviceactiviteiten, ondersteunt techniekers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten correct en efficiënt geholpen worden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Service Engineer coördineer en volg je preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerken op
  • Samen met de service desk stel je de dagelijkse en wekelijkse interventieplanning op
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten en zorgt dat afspraken en interne procedures correct worden gevolgd
  • Techniekers stuur je gericht aan door taken toe te wijzen en hen waar nodig verder te begeleiden of op te leiden
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de veiligheidsrichtlijnen en zorg je voor een vlotte interne afstemming met de betrokken collega’s
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting, bij voorkeur elektriciteit of elektrotechniek, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen service, onderhoud of technische coördinatie is sterk aanbevolen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en werkt georganiseerd en klantgericht
