Voor onze klant, gelegen in de regio Brugge, zijn we op zoek naar een Service Lead. Dit bedrijf legt de focus op robotica en de ontwikkeling van hoogtechnologische oplossingen voor bijvoorbeeld de maritieme sector. Met wereldwijd meer dan 2000 werknemers boeken ze een jaarlijkse omzet van meer dan 30 miljoen euro. Met zijn hightech oplossingen is deze speler actief in meer dan 80 landen. Begin vorig jaar werd in de omgeving van Brugge een gloednieuwe, ultramoderne productie-eenheid in gebruik genomen. Omwille van hun groei zijn ze op zoek naar extra versterking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je onderhoudt en versterkt de relaties met klanten en externe partners
  • Coördineren van technische ondersteuning tussen interne teams in België en Frankrijk en externe partijen valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je plant en coördineert werkorders tijdens de integratie- en onderhoudsfases, met efficiënte inzet van de medewerkers
  • Trainingen verzorgen voor zowel medewerkers als klanten om technische kennis te waarborgen
  • Je behaalde je bachelor- of masterdiploma elektromechanica of in een andere relevante richting
  • Daarnaast kan je minstens 3 jaar aan relevante ervaring voorleggen
  • Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands en in het Frans, daarnaast is een woordje Engels mooi meegenomen
