In samenwerking met andere business units zijn wij in staat om grootschalige en complexe dienstverlening aan klanten te leveren. Vanwege ontwikkeling van de Business Unit zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe collega. Functiebeschrijving Als Service Manager ligt jouw focus op het bewaken en verbeteren van de dienstverlening richting klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en het resultaat van servicecontracten en bewaakt hierbij planning, budget, scope en kwaliteit. Daarnaast stuur je actief op optimale KPI's en een sterke klantbeleving. Dit doe je samen met het klantenteam. Het klantenteam bestaat onder andere uit een Client Manager, Inside Sales, (Service) Consultant en een Change Coördinator. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de strategische, tactische en operationele klantdoelstellingen worden vertaald naar passende en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dienstverlening van Axians. Je hecht veel waarde aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties. Je bent regelmatig in gesprek met klanten over verwachtingen, voortgang en de uitvoering van de dienstverlening.
