Service Manager Als Service Manager ben jij het hart van de after sales binnen Van Roosmalen Den Bosch. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en dat het team van monteurs tot werkplaatschef en service adviseurs, iedere dag met plezier presteert. Jouw missie? Blije klanten, betrokken collega's en een werkplaats die op topniveau draait. Je werkt nauw samen met de monteurs, het magazijn en de verkoopafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Bij Volvo Van Roosmalen Den Bosch wordt gewerkt volgens de VPS (Volvo Personal Service) werkwijze. Hierbij staan persoonlijke service, efficiënt samenwerken en een optimale klantbeleving centraal. Als Service Manager speel jij een belangrijke rol in deze manier van werken en zorg je ervoor dat het team optimaal samenwerkt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven aan het after sales team en zorgen voor een optimale werkverdeling. - De VPS-werkwijze bewaken. - Productiviteit, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau tillen. - After sales doelstellingen beheren, bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen. - Zorgen voor een prettige samenwerking tussen werkplaats en receptie. - Samenwerken met de after sales manager voor een succesvolle vestiging. Profiel Service Manager Je hebt ervaring binnen automotive aftersales en bent gewend om overzicht te houden in een dynamische werkomgeving. Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communiceert makkelijk met zowel klanten als collega's. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Minimaal MBO 4 werk en denkniveau; - Goed organisatievermogen en stressbestendigheid; - Een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl; - De ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
