Daarom zoeken we een Service Medewerker die graag problemen oplost, kwaliteit levert en bewoners met een goed gevoel achterlaat. Service Medewerker | Durf jij met ons te creëren Bij Stebru ontwikkelen en bouwen we niet alleen woningen, we zorgen er ook voor dat bewoners na oplevering prettig kunnen wonen. Daarom zoeken we een Service Medewerker die graag problemen oplost, kwaliteit levert en bewoners met een goed gevoel achterlaat. Ben jij een ervaren vakman of -vrouw die zelfstandig op pad gaat, bouwkundige serviceverzoeken oppakt en graag het visitekaartje van onze organisatie is? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Je komt te werken in een team van 13 collega's, waarvan 4 op kantoor en 9 buiten. Collega's die allemaal pas tevreden zijn wanneer de bewoner dat ook is! Wanneer je bij ons aan de slag gaat, laten we je graag merken dat je hier welkom bent. Natuurlijk moet je wel de juiste skills en expertise meebrengen én van aanpakken houden. Maar minstens zo belangrijk is wie jij bent als mens. Dat zit nu eenmaal in het DNA van ons familiebedrijf. Open en betrokken zijn naar elkaar. Echt samenwerken. En fluitend naar je werk gaan om te bouwen aan de mooiste en uitdagendste projecten. Met ruim 150 vakmensen zijn wij groot genoeg om op het hoogste niveau te opereren en klein genoeg om onze unieke bedrijfscultuur te koesteren. Zo hebben we een eigen stamkroeg voor de vrijdagmiddagborrel, verjaardagen vieren we trouw en elk jaar sluiten we af met een goed feest met overnachting. Ook is er een fitnessruimte in huis waar je kan sporten, op dinsdag en donderdag met personal trainer! Dus ook zo helpen we je om lekker in je vel te zitten.
