Vanuit de planning ontvang je jouw opdrachten en ga je zelfstandig op pad binnen jouw regio. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het uitvoeren van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Het oplossen van technische storingen en gebreken; - Het repareren van kunststof, aluminium en stalen gevelelementen; - Het inspecteren van gevelonderdelen en signaleren van verbeterpunten; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten op locatie; - Het administratief verwerken van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden via tablet en telefoon. - Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je werk. Daarnaast ben je het visitekaartje van de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat iedere opdracht professioneel en klantgericht wordt afgerond. Over de opdrachtgever Wij zijn dé specialist op het gebied van gevelbeheer, onderhoud, inspecties, reparaties en technisch advies. Dagelijks zorgen wij ervoor dat gevels, kozijnen, ramen en deuren van woningen, wooncomplexen en utiliteitsgebouwen in topconditie blijven. Met vakmanschap, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid als uitgangspunt werken wij voor een breed scala aan opdrachtgevers door heel Nederland.
