Als Service Monteur/Technicus Elektrotechniek bij Building Services combineer je elektrotechnische werkzaamheden met coördinatie en klantcontact en zorg je ervoor dat installaties veilig, betrouwbaar en optimaal blijven functioneren. Je werkt voor een toonaangevende opdrachtgever op een unieke locatie van ruim 200.000 m², waar dagelijks duizenden mensen gebruikmaken van de gebouwen en voorzieningen. Dankzij de grote diversiteit aan installaties en werkzaamheden en de dynamische werkomgeving is geen dag hetzelfde. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veelzijdig takenpakket rondom het beheer en de instandhouding van elektrotechnische installaties. Het grootste deel van je tijd ben je bezig met het oppakken en afhandelen van Topdesk-meldingen (storingen). Je lokaliseert en verhelpt technische problemen, herstelt defecten en denkt mee over oplossingen om terugkerende storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen. Je voert onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden uit, verwerkt deze administratief en houdt zowel de gebruikers als de opdrachtgever nauwkeurig op de hoogte van de voortgang. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met kleine projecten en verbeteringen. Denk hierbij aan het aanbrengen van uitbreidingen of wijzigingen aan bestaande installaties. Je bereidt deze werkzaamheden voor, voert ze uit en levert ze op in goed overleg met de opdrachtgever. Hierbij kijk je altijd met een kritische blik naar de praktijk en signaleer je actief verbetermogelijkheden. Ook ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onderaannemers die werken aan specialistische installaties, zoals brandmeld- en sprinklerinstallaties, liften, roltrappen en parkeersystemen.
