Je neemt meldingen telefonisch en digitaal aan, stelt de juiste vragen en bepaalt wat er nodig is. Een doorsnee dag is iedere keer anders. Een bewoner belt bijvoorbeeld omdat er na een flinke regenbui een probleem met het dak is ontstaan. Een andere bewoner heeft een klemmende deur of schade na een inbraak. Jij beoordeelt de melding, plant de juiste monteur in en zorgt dat deze precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. Ook houd je de eigenaar van de woning op de hoogte. Bij spoedmeldingen moet je snel schakelen en soms de planning aanpassen. Kleine klussen pak je zelf op. Bij grotere of ingewikkelde werkzaamheden staat een projectcoördinator klaar om het over te nemen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden · Telefonisch en digitaal aannemen van meldingen van bewoners · Beoordelen wat er nodig is bij een service- of onderhoudsmelding · Plannen van afspraken met monteurs · Zorgen dat monteurs de juiste informatie hebben · De eigenaar van de woning informeren over de werkzaamheden · Kleine klussen zelfstandig oppakken · Bij grotere of ingewikkelde klussen afstemmen met een projectcoördinator · Samenwerken met vier andere serviceplanners · Bij spoedmeldingen de planning aanpassen en prioriteiten stellen Wat maakt deze functie interessant?
