Over Rentokil Pest Control Als marktleider in België en Luxemburg helpt Rentokil Pest Control bedrijven en particulieren met innovatieve oplossingen voor preventie, inspectie en ongediertebestrijding. Functieomschrijving Als Service Planner ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse werking van onze techniekers. Je stuurt de planning aan via geavanceerde systemen zoals IFS (Planning & Scheduling Optimization) en iCABS. Je werkt nauw samen met de Service Planning Manager, Service Supervisors en Controllers om onze klanten elke dag een uitstekende dienstverlening te garanderen.

Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse planning & opvolging: Klantbezoeken en routes efficiënt inplannen volgens het First Time Right-principe. Je schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties (ziekte, autopech, spoedgevallen) en beheert verlof- en afwezigheidsdagen.
  • Coördinatie & SLA-bewaking: Complexe opdrachten, speciale interventies en de inzet van onderaannemers handmatig inplannen. Je bewaakt de afgesproken SLA's en keurt de geregistreerde werkuren en kilometers van techniekers goed.
  • Datakwaliteit & Systeembeheer: Klant- en planningsgegevens (zoals beschikbaarheid, SLA-profielen en vaardigheden van techniekers) up-to-date houden in IFS en iCABS. Je signaleert structurele fouten en verbetert de datakwaliteit in overleg met Sales en Customer Service.
  • Continu verbeteren: De output van onze planningssoftware analyseren om routes en capaciteit te optimaliseren. Je signaleert inefficiënties of afwijkingen in prestaties en rapporteert verbetervoorstellen aan het management

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, denkt analytisch en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert en denkt steeds in oplossingen.

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een mbo+/bachelorniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Operations of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring als planner, scheduler of logistiek coördinator, bij voorkeur binnen een servicegerichte B2B-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende computervaardigheden en hebt ervaring met ERP- of planningssystemen (ervaring met IFS PSO en iCABS is een sterke troef).
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet moeiteloos prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een proactieve, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Omdat je de planning verzorgt voor onze techniekers in België en Luxemburg, beheers je beide talen uitstekend.
  • Je hebt kennis van het Engels.
