Als Service Software Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van complexe softwareoplossingen voor industriële automatiseringsprojecten. Met jouw jarenlange ervaring ben je in staat om zelfstandig te werken aan uitdagende projecten, waarbij je fungeert als technisch expert en sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele proces, van de initiële ontwerpfase tot en met de implementatie en nazorg. Je taken omvatten onder meer: - Het analyseren van klantwensen en deze vertalen naar technische softwareoplossingen; - Het ontwikkelen en testen van softwarecomponenten voor industriële automatiseringssystemen; - Het uitvoeren van software-upgrades en -modificaties bij bestaande installaties; - Het documenteren van softwareoplossingen en het opstellen van technische handleidingen; - Het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan klanten en collega's; - Het bijdragen aan innovatieve oplossingen voor duurzame energieprojecten; - Het deelnemen aan projectteams en het delen van kennis met junior engineers Binnen deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden, zoals het doorgroeien naar een rol als Lead Engineer, Technical Consultant of zelfs Projectmanager. Je krijgt volop kansen om je technische expertise verder te verdiepen in opkomende technologieën zoals AI-gestuurde automatisering en slimme energienetwerken.
