The posting

Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Service Technieker voor een groeiende technische organisatie gespecialiseerd in brandbeveiliging. De organisatie staat in voor de installatie en het onderhoud van verschillende systemen die gebouwen, mensen en bedrijfsprocessen beschermen.

Voor de verdere uitbreiding van het serviceteam zoeken we een technieker die graag zelfstandig de baan op gaat en houdt van een combinatie van techniek, troubleshooting en klantencontact. Ervaring binnen brandbeveiliging is daarbij geen vereiste: dankzij een uitgebreid opleidingstraject word je stap voor stap opgeleid tot specialist.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud, de inspectie en herstelling van verschillende brandbeveiligingsinstallaties bij klanten.
  • Bij technische storingen analyseer je het probleem en ga je zelfstandig op zoek naar de oorzaak en een passende oplossing.
  • Je test installaties en veiligheidsvoorzieningen, vervangt onderdelen waar nodig en controleert of alles opnieuw correct functioneert.
  • Als technisch aanspreekpunt ter plaatse bespreek je jouw vaststellingen met de klant en geef je gericht advies.
  • Je verwerkt jouw interventies in digitale servicerapporten en zorgt voor een correcte technische opvolging.
  • Je werkt grotendeels autonoom op de baan, maar kan steeds terugvallen op jouw collega's en de Teamleader After Sales.
  • Na jouw opleidingsperiode kan je deelnemen aan de permanentiedienst. Occasioneel kan ook een buitenlandse interventie voorkomen.
  • Je hebt een technische bachelor achtergrond en beschikt idealiter over enkele jaren ervaring binnen service, onderhoud of een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Ervaring binnen brandbeveiliging is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Jouw technische basis en interesse om je hierin te specialiseren zijn belangrijker.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en voelt je goed in een mobiele functie waarbij je dagelijks bij verschillende klanten komt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
