Wir betreuen Fahrzeuge aller Marken und bieten ein umfassendes Leistungsspektrum - von Wartung über Motor- und Lackschäden bis hin zu Glasreparaturen. Wir suchen ab sofort-

- 1 Serviceassistent_in KFZ Das erwartet dich bei uns

* Vollzeitstelle

* 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

* vorerst Karenzvertretung für 2 Jahre - mit anschließender Aussicht auf Übernahme in ein Dauerdienstverhältnis

* Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt

* Strukturierte Einschulung

* Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Serviceassistent/in KFZ beträgt 2.059,41EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung

* Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung - Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns sind

* Persönliche Kundengespräche

* Aufnahme und strukturierte Erfassung von Kundenanfragen sowie deren Weiterbearbeitung im Werkstattauftrag

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen

* Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen

* Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe in der Werkstatt

* Arbeit mit gängiger Software (u. a. Easy-Werkstatt, MS Teams) sowie Kommunikation mit Kunden über WhatsApp

* Erstellung von Überprüfungsgutachten der Fahrzeuge

* Durchführung von Kassiertätigkeiten und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Erste Kompetenzen oder sogar eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau/-mann

* Quereinsteiger_innen willkommen

* Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
