Verstärkung des Teams im Rahmen einer Personal - VORAUSWAHL 1 Serviceberater/in Du liebst Autos, Technik und den Kontakt mit Menschen?

Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Serviceberater (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden kompetent betreut und gemeinsam mit unserem Werkstattteam für einen perfekten Service sorgt.

Das erwartet dich

* Professionelle Betreuung und persönliche Beratung unserer Servicekunden

* Annahme, Koordination und Abwicklung von Werkstattaufträgen

* Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und transparente Erklärung der Reparatur- und Serviceleistungen

* Durchführung von Fahrzeugannahmen inklusive Sichtprüfung und Dokumentation

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Teilelager

* Koordination der Werkstattaufträge und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Aktive Betreuung unserer Kunden während des gesamten Reparatur- und Serviceprozesses

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und einer nachhaltigen Kundenbindung

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Serviceprozesse

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als KFZ-Techniker, Karosseriebautechniker, und ähnliche Berufe

* Idealerweise ergänzt durch eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung

* Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Begeisterung für Automobile und Technik sowie gute Kenntnisse im Fahrzeugbereich

* Kenntnisse der Marken Volkswagen und Audi von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Führerschein der Klasse B
