In deze veelzijdige rol stuur je een team van servicemonteurs aan, onderhoud je klantrelaties en draag je actief bij aan de verdere groei van onze serviceactiviteiten. Jouw rol Als Servicemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coördineren van de operationele werkzaamheden binnen de serviceafdeling. Je geeft direct leiding aan onze servicemonteurs en zorgt ervoor dat liftinstallaties veilig, betrouwbaar en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen functioneren. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met klanten en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de serviceorganisatie en commerciële activiteiten. Je signaleert kansen voor onderhoudscontracten, reparaties en moderniseringstrajecten en werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Technisch Commercieel Adviseur. Je bent een coachende leider die medewerkers motiveert, ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een prettige en professionele werksfeer. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van servicemonteurs; - Coördineren van de dagelijkse service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid; - Onderhouden van relaties met klanten en andere stakeholders; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen voor onderhoud, reparaties en moderniseringen; - Samenwerken met de Technisch Commercieel Adviseur voor het opvolgen van leads; - Stimuleren van de persoonlijke ontwikkeling en mo...
