Je voert zelfstandig, maar regelmatig ook samen met anderen van ons team, servicemeldingen, onderhouds- en kleine projectmatige werkzaamheden uit. Je bent het gezicht van Marku Bouw op locatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. De werkzaamheden en locaties zijn heel divers, van Arnhem tot Coevorden en alles daartussen. Door de diversiteit in opdrachten is goede communicatie en vastlegging heel belangrijk, daarnaast moet je het niet erg vinden om veel onderweg te zijn; je krijgt van ons een goede bus met alle benodigde gereedschappen zodat je altijd goed je werk kunt uitvoeren. Omdat wij 24/7 klaar staan voor onze klanten, dien je (samen met je collega's) mee te draaien met onze bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Deze dienst wordt riant vergoed (conform CAO Bouw & Infra). Wij zijn dus op zoek naar iemand die beschikt over: - Bouwervaring en twee rechterhanden; - Zelfstandigheid en flexibiliteit (i.v.m. de bereikbaarheidsdiensten); - B-rijbewijs (+E). De functie is uitermate geschikt voor iemand die voor elk vraagstuk een oplossing weet te bedenken, maar de (grote) bouwplaats fysiek gezien een steeds grotere uitdaging vind.
