Servicegericht en Klantvriendelijk ‘Je stemt veel af met de klant of de gewenste dienstverlening geleverd is. Daarom weet jij hoe belangrijk het is om klantvriendelijkheid uit te dragen en servicegericht te denken. Naast deze eigenschappen vind jij het fijn om flexibel te werken; denk aan op verschillende locaties terecht komen. Ook kun jij goed eventuele afwijkingen en defecten signaleren en oplossingen hiervoor aanbieden aan de klant.’

Wat heb je nodig om aan de slag te gaan? Het liefst enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Servicemonteur/Storingsmonteur en een MBO4 diploma richting Elektrotechniek. Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B en ook van een geldige VCA. Ook kun je een Verklaring omtrent Gedrag overhandigen. Richting onze klanten ben je uiteraard representatief en behulpzaam.

Hoe wij jouw functie als servicemonteur omschrijven: ‘Je doet service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan elektrotechnische installaties. Ook verhelp en repareer je storingen. Als servicemonteur draai je soms ook 24-uurs storingsdiensten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen/bestellen van extra benodigd materiaal en controleer je de staat van onderhoud. Ook voer je (preventieve) onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan elektrotechnische installaties.’
