Ein international tätiger Konzern im Bereich Elektro und Gebäudetechnik sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams im Rahmen einer Vorauswahl 1 Serviceprojektleiter*in Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) Als Teil unseres Serviceteams übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der technischen und kaufmännischen Betreuung unserer Service- und Wartungsprojekte. Sie arbeiten eigenständig, stehen im engen Austausch mit unseren Kund*innen und begleiten Projekte von der Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Technische und kaufmännische Ausarbeitung von Service- und Wartungsangeboten

* Kalkulation von Angeboten

* Verhandlung von Aufträgen mit unseren Kund*innen

* Eigenständige Abwicklung von Service- und Wartungsprojekten

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten

* Laufende Koordination und Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Servicetechniker*innen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL)

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik

* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in AutoCAD

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Lernbereitschaft

Das jährliche Mindestentgelt für diese Position beginnt bei EUR 49.000,-- brutto pro Jahr.
