Techniek, klanten helpen en werken aan veilige oplossingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Voor een groeiend technisch bedrijf zoeken we een Service Engineer om het Safety-team te versterken. Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van elektronische meet- en veiligheidstoestellen. Dat doe je voornamelijk vanuit het servicecenter, maar ook op locatie bij klanten in België met een volledig uitgeruste servicewagen.

  • Onderhouden, controleren en herstellen van elektronische meet- en veiligheidstoestellen.
  • Toestellen klaarmaken en onderhouden voor de verhuurvloot.
  • Storingen opsporen en technische oplossingen zoeken.
  • Werken vanuit het servicecenter en regelmatig op verplaatsing bij klanten.
  • Klanten technisch ondersteunen en zorgen voor een goede service en opvolging.
  • Administratieve verwerking van je werkzaamheden in de gebruikte systemen.
  • Meedenken over oplossingen en initiatief nemen wanneer een klant een specifieke vraag heeft.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of sterke interesse in elektronica, elektromechanica of meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Techniek, machines en het oplossen van problemen spreken je aan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag in team.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een pc en programma's zoals Excel en Outlook.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om je ook op locatie bij klanten in België te verplaatsen.
  • Kennis van gassen of een VCA-attest is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar een sterke technische basis en leergierigheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
