Wir gehören zu den größten Immobilieneigentümerinnen in Österreich und betreuen rund 2.000 Liegenschaften.

Mit über 1.100 engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an neun Standorten schaffen und verwalten wir tagtäglich Orte,

die Menschen verbinden - zum Arbeiten, Lernen und Leben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Diverse Reparaturarbeiten und Schadensbehebungen im Bereich ET/HKLS

* Kontrollrundgänge und Störungsbehebungen an unseren Anlagen

* Qualitätssicherung und Überprüfung von beauftragten Leistungen

* Protokollierung und Dokumentation sämtlicher Maßnahmen in unserer Software

* Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Brandschutzbeauftragter:in

* Bereitschaftsdienst für die zugeteilten Objekten

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management

* Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten bzw. Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung der entsprechenden Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Hands-On-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz

* Organisationstalent, hohe Serviceorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität

* Selbständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
