Deine Rolle

Zu Ihrer Hauptaufgabe zählt in erster Linie die jährliche Prüfung von Brandschutztüren lt. ÖNORM B3850. Sie verfügen über eine technische Hochschulreife (HTL), sind in einem technischen Beruf tätig oder haben langjährige Erfahrung als technischer Hausverwalter?

Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist zuständig für die jährliche Wartung von Brandschutztüren und Feststellanlagen nach ÖN B3850, um die Funktionalität und Sicherheit der Systeme zu gewährleisten.

* Du begutachtest die Anlagen sorgfältig, um Mängel, Abnutzungen oder Defekte zu identifizieren.

* Im Rahmen der Wartung sorgst du dafür, dass die Anlagen alle geltenden Vorschriften und Funktionsanforderungen erfüllen.

* Du behebst kleinere Defekte direkt vor Ort, wie das Schmieren und Reinigen beweglicher Teile, das Festziehen von Schrauben sowie die Kontrolle von Seilen, Zahnriemen und Befestigungen.

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung.

* Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandsetzung von Türen und/oder Brandschutzanlagen.

* Hast eine genaue, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise ein freundliches Auftreten und Kundenorientierung.

* Du besitzt einen Führerschein B, sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
