Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine 5 Servicetechniker_in HKLS (w/m/x) Das erwartet Dich

* Durchführung von Hausarbeiter- und haustechnischen Tätigkeiten im Bürogebäude.

* Verantwortung für die laufende Instandhaltung und Betreuung unserer Büroräumlichkeiten.

* Wartung, Kontrolle und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen an HKLS-Anlagen (Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär).

* Sicherstellung einer ordentlichen und funktionierenden Ausstattung der Teeküchen.

* Lagerhaltung sowie Verwaltung von Möbeln und Inventar.

* Begleitung, Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleistungs- und Wartungsfirmen.

* Mitwirkung bei allgemeinen Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Betriebsablauf.

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Erste Berufserfahrung als Servicetechniker:in, HKLS-Techniker:in oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion von Vorteil.

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick.

* Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office.

* Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten.

* Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, IT-Grundkenntnisse sowie Führerschein der Klasse B.
