Als Komplettanbieter für CNC-Fräs- und Drehmaschinen bieten wir ein umfassendes Leistungsspektrum von der Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung bis hin zu Spezialservices wie Spindel- und Fräskopfreparaturen.

Unser herstellerunabhängiger Service deckt große Bereiche im CNC-Sektor ab und garantiert maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für maximale Effizienz und Produktivität.

Maschinenservice:

Als herstellerunabhängiger Servicepartner sind wir österreichweit im Bereich Werkzeugmaschinen für Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen tätig.

Dabei agieren wir als verlängerter Arm werksinterner Instandhaltung und übernehmen die Fehleranalyse sowie die Behebung von Maschinenstillständen.

Neben Reparaturen führen wir außerdem auch die Wartungen und Überprüfungen nach MRL2006/42/EG durch, außerdem bieten wir ein Gesamtkonzept bei Maschinenverlagerungen an.

Reparaturservice:

In unserer hauseigenen Reparaturwerkstätte werden Maschinenkomponenten auf den neuesten Stand der Dinge gebracht und wieder leistungsfähig gemacht.

Dabei sind wir zusätzlich bestrebt, Adaptierungen und Optimierungen auf kundenspezifische Einsatzgebiete zu ergänzen, wie z.B. Umlagerung, Ergänzungen, Erweiterungen usw.

Gemeinsam mit unserem Maschinenservice garantieren wir somit einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Befundung, Demontage, Reparatur bis hin zu Wiedermontage samt Justierung und Inbetriebnahme.

Spindelservice:

Neben unserem Reparaturservice stellen wir ganz klar die Spindel- und Fräskopfreparatur in die Mitte unserer Kompetenzen.

Hierbei bieten wir eine große Möglichkeit an kundenorientierten Lösungen, wo wir Überholungen neu denken und nach Absprache abwickeln.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 2 Servicetechniker/innen für Maschinen und Anlagen

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Diagnose und Lösungsfindung bei Maschinenstillstand

* Behebung auftretender Fehler sowie Erledigungen von Reparaturen

* Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Komponenten

* Durchführung von intervallmäßigen Service und Wartungsarbeiten

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mechatronik, Mechanik oder Elektronik (bzw. Werkzeugmaschinen) - Interesse am Serviceaußendienst an Fräs- und Drehmaschinen

* Service- und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des regionalen Servicegebietes

* Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von CNC- Steuerungen (Siemens, Fanuc- oder Heidenhain)
