Dann werden Sie Teil unseres familiären Teams und unterstützen Sie uns im Innen- und Außendienst rund um Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Geräten wie Waagen ¿, Kassen und Schneidemaschinen.

Ihr Profil ¿

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Mechatronik, Elektronik, Industriemechanik o. Ä.)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Mechanik

* Freundliche, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit guter Kommunikation

* Führerschein B

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und technischen Weiterentwicklung

Ihre Aufgaben Außendienst - Service direkt beim Kunden ¿

* Wartung, Reparatur und technische Betreuung von Lebensmittelmaschinen

* Installation sowie Inbetriebnahme neuer Geräte

* Fehleranalyse und kompetente Störungsbehebung vor Ort

* Einweisung & Schulung unserer Kunden in Bedienung und Pflege

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Einsätze

Innendienst - technische Unterstützung ¿

* Unterstützung bei Planung und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen

* Telefonische Beratung bei technischen Fragen

* Mitarbeit bei Ersatzteilmanagement & Bestellungen

* Pflege technischer Unterlagen und Serviceberichte

Wartung & Instandhaltung ¿¿

* Regelmäßige Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen

* Sicherstellung von Sicherheitsstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien

* Analyse technischer Probleme und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Lösungen
