SharePoint Specialist -Migratieadvies en inrichting SharePoint Online 16u/w [email protected] Standplaats: ENSCHEDE Duur: zsm - 01-02-2027 Optie tot verlenging: Ja Reageren voor: 05-10-2026 Saxion werkt aan de overgang van een traditionele fileshare (netwerkschijven) naar SharePoint Online binnen de Microsoft 365-omgeving, in samenhang met Teams. Tegelijkertijd wordt binnen de organisatie gewerkt met een gewijzigde organisatiestructuur. Dit vraagt om een heroverweging van de inrichting van SharePoint, de autorisaties en de wijze waarop informatie wordt opgeslagen, beheerd en toegankelijk wordt gemaakt. Voor dit specialistische vraagstuk zoekt Saxion een ervaren SharePoint-specialist die vanuit eigen expertise adviseert over de gewenste inrichting en de te volgen migratiestrategie. De opdracht richt zich op het opleveren van een concreet en gedragen advies, ontwerp en migratieplan waarmee Saxion de verdere migratie beheerst en gefaseerd kan uitvoeren. Werkzaamheden De opdrachtnemer wordt gevraagd om: SharePoint-inrichting en rechtenmodel • • Het bestaande/voorgestelde SharePoint-ontwerp te beoordelen en hierover te adviseren. • Het gewenste rechten- en autorisatiemodel uit te werken, waaronder de toepassing van rechten op siteniveau en waar nodig op lager niveau. • Te adviseren over de inrichting van SharePoint-sites, documentbibliotheken en de samenhang met Teams. • Voor- en nadelen van relevante inrichtingskeuzes inzichtelijk te maken. • Rekening te houden met security, privacy, informatiebeheer, governance en beheerbaarheid. Migratiestrategie • • Een passende strategie op te stellen voor de migratie van de bestaande fileshare naar SharePoint Online. • Te adviseren over de selectie, structurering en eventuele opschoning van bestanden voorafgaand aan migratie. • In overleg met de contentspecialisten van Saxion te adviseren over de gewenste bestemming van informatie, bijvoorbeeld SharePoint Libraries, Teams ...
