Voor een internationale industriële omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een SHE Officer die mee instaat voor het veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid op de site. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en speelt een cruciale rol in het beperken van risico's en het continu verbeteren van processen.Jouw takenpakket

  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuwetgeving.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en volgt preventieve maatregelen op.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en ondersteunt bij corrigerende acties.
  • Je organiseert en geeft opleidingen rond veiligheid en preventie.
  • Je stimuleert een sterke veiligheidscultuur op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt audits, inspecties en SHE-projecten.
  • Je volgt milieuthema's op zoals afvalbeheer, gevaarlijke stoffen en noodprocedures.
  • Je rapporteert KPI's en werkt actief mee aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met risicoanalyses, audits en incidentonderzoeken.
  • Je hebt kennis van SHE-managementsystemen en relevante wetgeving.
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet medewerkers mee te krijgen in veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding binnen preventie, veiligheid, milieu, engineering of een gelijkaardige richting.
