Ben jij de crew leader Hospitality die wij zoeken?

Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit contact met mensen en elke gast met een glimlach ontvangt? Zorg jij er graag voor dat klanten zich meteen welkom voelen en met een echt ‘wow’-gevoel ons restaurant binnenstappen én verlaten? Dan ben jij de hospitality-collega die wij zoeken!

Bezit jij verder nog over de volgende achtergrond?

Opleiding/werkervaring: diploma middelbare school of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Ervaring: en minimum 2 jaar ervaring in zaal en of restauratie

Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands. Bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt.

Welke taken liggen er voor jou op het plateau?

Met een glimlach op je gezicht ( dat ook deel van jouw uniform is), zorg je voor een warm onthaal voor de klanten waarbij je

  1. Zorgt voor een vlotte werking van het restaurant: stations met dranken en koude gerechten zijn steeds bevoorraad en mooi gepresenteerd, je volgt hygiëneregels op en zorgt dat alles er tiptop uitziet voor een uitstekende service!
  2. Je team coacht en leidt: zodat iedereen vlot en met veel passie kan werken, van buffetten en zaal tot kassa en keuken, want samen maken we één team!
  3. Instaat voor klantgerichte service: je zorgt dat klanten hun weg vlot vinden aan de buffetten, waarbij je vragen en klachten op een professionele manier aanpakt zodat onze gasten binnenkomen en vertrekken met een glimlach.
  4. Een voorbeeld voor je team bent: je toont hen dat elke schakel belangrijk is, zowel aan de kassa als aan de buffetten, zowel aan de vaat of in de zaal om samen een mooi resultaat te behalen!

Ervaring: minimum 2 jaar ervaring in zaal en of restauratie

Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands. Bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt.
